Aaron Soffer

Aaron has over 17 years of experience in sales, management, marketing, and coaching. He has designed and implemented numerous sales enablement programs for various Fortune 500 companies as well as consulted on sales processes and operations in a variety of industries. In previous roles he has directly managed large sales teams over multiple territories. Aaron is known for bringing creativity and flavor to any project as well applying solutions based on experience.

At InnerView Group, he oversees client engagements and works with delivery teams providing tailored solutions for their projects.

Aaron earned a BSBA from University of Pittsburgh. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and daughter. On the weekends you’re likely to catch him playing in one of his two bands at the local music venues.
