As part of the partnership, InnerView will deliver to PACE members a webinar series that will highlight various tools and approaches for PACE member companies to establish better interactions with their prospects and customers.

“We’re excited about our partnership and to bring our webinar series to the PACE membership,” stated Christopher Wallace, President, InnerView Group.  “PACE members are providing critical customer contact support for some of the top brands in America and they need to ensure that they’re providing a high-quality and differentiated experience on each call.  Our content partnership will highlight strategies to make every customer interaction a truly branded experience.”

The four-part webinar series is titled, “Putting Brands First: Aligning Brand Strategy with Contact Center Operations to Win Over Customers and Employees.” The first installment of the series will be held Wednesday, October 24 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. EDT (12:00-1:00 p.m. CDT).  Persons interested in participating can register here.

Throughout the series, InnerView will highlight industry research, trends and latest strategies around customer engagement.  This will include some key components of InnerView’s methodology including their Brand Transfer Model.  This approach is built around the Brand Transfer Score, a metric to better understand the alignment between marketing strategy and customer-facing teams.  By having a base understanding of the internal perception of a brand or its products, companies can customize the support they provide to their front-line representatives. The result is a well-informed and compelling customer interaction that leads to greater customer conversion and retention, as well as increased revenue.
