InnerView Group Announces Partnership With
Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE)
InnerView will offer webinars and programming to help PACE engage their members around critical issues related to brand positioning and customer experience

As part of the partnership, InnerView will deliver to PACE members a webinar series that will highlight various tools and approaches for PACE member companies to establish better interactions with their prospects and customers.

The four-part webinar series is titled, “Putting Brands First: Aligning Brand Strategy with Contact Center Operations to Win Over Customers and Employees.” The first installment of the series will be held Wednesday, October 24 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. EDT (12:00-1:00 p.m. CDT). Throughout the series, InnerView will highlight industry research, trends and latest strategies around customer engagement. This will include some key components of InnerView’s methodology including their Brand Transfer Model.
