As a Managing Director for InnerView, Mike builds upon more than 23-years of success in sales leadership, leveraging his experience leading sales training for a B2B branded manufacturer with over $1B in revenue and 300 globally positioned sales pros.

Before his years with branded manufacturers, Mike worked in a variety of consumer-facing roles, including specialty retail, and luxury goods. Mike is passionate about helping clients achieve better alignment and attain extraordinary results. He joined our team because he’s learned that in order to transform a company, all team members must be in-sync with their mission, vision and values. Achieving this unleashes pride and passion, enhancing a company’s culture, driving exceptional results.

Outside of work, Mike is an avid Atlanta sports fan and you’ll likely catch him at one of the area’s craft breweries (likely with his Braves hat upside down). Mike and his wife, Amanda, are recovering empty nesters living in Sandy Springs, just north of metro-Atlanta.
