Jane Bulman

Jane Bulman brings forty years of telecommunications, marketing and customer engagement experience to The InnerView Group’s Advisory Board. This includes 28 years with Comcast, the nation’s largest cable and telecommunications company.

As Vice President of Telesales for Comcast, Jane developed and executed a teleservices compliance program considered to be among the most comprehensive of any company’s. In the highly-regulated telesales environment, Jane took outbound telesales from a fragmented, decentralized state to one of increased efficiency and effectiveness, balancing the needs of the customer and the business with legal and regulatory requirements. She elevated vendor management to true partnerships and oversaw the development of a standardized reporting platform integrating campaigns, sales data, quality assurance and compliance.

Following her retirement in 2016 from Comcast, she took the role of VP Operations and Compliance Services with CompliancePoint, the leading professional services consultancy focused on customer engagement compliance.

Prior to leading telesales with Comcast, Jane held marketing and cable system general management positions at Comcast and other cable operators during the cable industry’s growth from analog video to advanced technologies. This followed her nine years with Showtime Networks in affiliate sales and marketing in Atlanta and New York City. A pioneer during premium-television’s infancy, Jane was a Launch Coordinator and on-air host, introducing cable subscribers to brand-new satellite television via local and national “sell-a-thons”. Often on the forefront of new initiatives, Jane originated the position of Director of Affiliate Marketing for Viewer’s Choice Pay-Per-View, the forerunner to today’s on-demand video.

With the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE), Jane served on its National Board of Directors from 2007-2016 and as a trustee of the PACE Self-Regulatory Organization. She has also earned the Customer Engagement Compliance Professional (CECP) certification from PACE.

As a long-time member of CTAM (Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing) Jane was a recipient of several marketing awards. Her long-standing membership in Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT) included a term as President of the Atlanta chapter. She started her career in radio, as both a sports and news reporter.

Jane is an avid tennis player, a long-time volunteer with the Food Bank of South Jersey and a loyal New York Mets fan.
