After years of success in the sales consulting and training space, the founders of InnerView Group realized there were bigger challenges within companies. Having been focused on building “knowledge” and “skills”, the founders saw that what was really missing among companies with customer-facing teams was a true “belief” in the products and services that staff represented. With all the founders having been involved with sales during all their respective careers, they all could relate to being in situations where the item being sold was not the right for the customer.
The InnerView Group team draws on this experience to help marketers reach their internal audiences.
